MORE ABOUT ME

Get to know a bit more about me!

Growing up, I was always an active child but in my teenage years, that spark faded. I found myself sinking into anxiety, depression and a painful relationship with food and my body. I felt disconnected — from myself, from confidence, from the girl I wanted to be.

 

At 17, I walked into a gym for the first time, not to change my body, but to save my relationship with myself. I had no idea that first step would become the turning point of my life. Strength training became my therapy, movement became my medicine and slowly, I rebuilt my confidence from the inside out.

 

Five years later, I’m a Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach and Mental Health Coach; roles that grew from the healing I had to do within myself. My work is rooted in empowerment, strength and self-connection, I help women feel strong in their bodies, peaceful in their minds and supported in their relationship with food.

 

The gym gave me my power back and now I get to guide other women toward that same feeling; watching them realise just how capable, worthy and unstoppable they truly are. There is nothing more rewarding or more magical than that.
