MORE ABOUT ME

Get to know a bit more about me!

As a child, I was fairly active and enjoyed participating in many forms of exercise however as I went into my teenage years, I become very inactive and uninterested in physical activity. I was struggling with severe anxiety and depression resulting in feeling extremely self-conscious and developing a very negative relationship with food and my body. At 17, I had enough of feeling the way I did and made the decision to join the gym; one of the best decisions of my life and where I first discovered my love for the gym, for training and keeping physically active. After discovering my love for fitness, I decided to dedicate my working life to helping others find the same confidence that going to the gym first gave, and still does give, to me!

I have been a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach for 5 years and since qualifying I have also studied in areas of mental health coaching. This has enabled me to understand my own struggles and help others who have been where I've been. I will always be grateful for my job for giving me the confidence I needed all those years ago and for being the reason I have met so many incredible women that prove to me that anything is possible!

  

There is nothing more rewarding than helping others discover the importance of exercise to their physical and mental health and helping them make positive changes in their lives.
