Terms and Conditions
Listed below are the T&Cs of signing up with Ell's Fitness.

I understand that Ell’s Fitness operates on a pre-pay basis and all areas of my package must be paid for in advance. Bookings will not be confirmed until payment has been received by the trainer.

I understand that once Ellie and I have agreed upon the most appropriate training programme/ package for me, payment must be made before sessions/products are delivered/released to me. I understand that failure to make payment will result in my sessions/products being forfeit.

I understand that all pre-paid courses and packages have a completion date. Outstanding sessions will not be carried over the completion date, unless a prior agreement has been made with Ellie. The expiry of the sessions will coincide with the end date of the specific programme outlined in my consultation OR within 3 months of the first session. Transformation packages and Personal Training sessions are non-refundable. If I do not book my first session within 2 weeks of the first payment being received then I understand that my sessions will expire.

I understand that I must contact Ellie directly to cancel or change booked sessions. I understand that if I need to cancel a training session (even a consultation) I will need to contact Ellie within 24 hours of the session time. Where cancellations occur, I am aware that I will have the option to move this session to one of Ellie’s overflow slots, however, I understand that these slots run on a ‘first-come, first-served basis’. Ellie will inform me of the availability of these slots. I understand that should I choose to cancel my training programme, I will need to contact Ellie at least 30 days before the next payment is due.

I understand all programmes will last 1 month unless otherwise stated. I also understand that Ellie may not be able to provide the full month programme if I am late with payment and I will be unable to have the outstanding sessions added to the programme. I also understand that all sessions will last 60 minutes unless otherwise stated and will start and finish on time, Ellie may not be able to provide the full session if I am late and I will be unable to have the outstanding time added to another session.

I understand the results of any training programme or coaching course aren’t guaranteed and my progress depends on my effort and cooperation in and outside of the sessions.

I understand that there are inherent risks in participating in a programme of strenuous exercise. If I sustain a claim to sustain any injury while participating in the fitness programme. I acknowledge that Ellie is not responsible, except where the injury was caused by the gross negligence or intentional act of Ellie.

I certify that my answers to the questions outlined in the PHYSICAL ACTIVITY READINESS QUESTIONNAIRE (PARQ) are true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand and agree that it is my responsibility to inform Ellie of the conditions or changes in my health, now and on-going, which might affect my ability to exercise safely and with minimal risk of injury.

I understand that in the unlikely event of Ellie being unable to continue my training, I can have a full refund on outstanding products within my package.

I understand that Ellie Hull is a self-employed, independent, freelance trainer. I acknowledge that I am entering into a contract with Ell’s Fitness.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a pre-booked Personal Training session, for whatever reason, I require notification at least 24 hours prior to the start of the allotted time. Failure to comply with this condition will result in the loss of that session, as no refunds or replacement sessions will be provided. More information can be found in the Terms & Conditions.
Consultation Fee
Consultations require a booking fee, due to an increase in no-shows to appointments, which results in clients not being able to book the time-slots they require. The cancellation policy also applies to consultations.
Bookings
Payment will be required before Personal Training sessions are booked and time-slots reserved. Please find the appropriate bank details on the next slide.
Any cash paying clients must inform me prior to reserving time-slots, and completion of payment must be confirmed before reservations are made.
